Emma's Marmalade

We're in Florida, and it is an impossibility to simply not make orange marmalade. The name we gave it is a long story, but our true point will be made when you taste it! Local Valencia or Navel oranges are seasonal fruits; therefore, you probably won't be seeing too much of this recipe in the off-season for oranges, but we'll always try our best to keep some in stock, so hurry and get yours before they're gone!
