This is a great sauce, well balanced flavors of what Sriracha is- garlic and hot peppers. It still is as our award winner Creamy Dreamy Caramel Sauce…YUM! Crafted in small batches to ensure a silky smooth Caramel Sauce with delectable flavors of Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Heat and Sweet! Use as a glaze on salmon, delicious on burgers and many grilled meats. Pairs well with cheese. Drizzle on ice cream for pizazz!
All of our Caramel Sauces are made with our 2015 and 2014 Good Food Award winning recipe as their base, five simple ingredients; Fresh Cream, Pure Cane Sugar, Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Extract, and the right amount of Fleur de Sel.
