Our Lemongrass is handpicked and grown organically, fertilized with organic manure from chickens, rabbits and little kinder goats in our grower's family herb farm in Washington State. Lemongrass is a well known medicinal herb in the east. Enjoy a cup of our ginger lemongrass tea to boost your immunity and help your body fight off infections!

Instructions:

Bring the water to a boil.
Add the lemongrass and brew for 5 minutes.
Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
Serve warm, or chill in the refrigerator and pour over ice.
