"Pecan Butter" Organic Sprouted Nut Butter

Our organic sprouted "Pecan Butter" is rich, creamy, and flavorful. Great for spreading on fruit, waffles, toast, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, putting in a smoothie, or eating right off the spoon! Pecans are a great source of healthy fatty acids, phenolic antioxidants, and a rich source of many phyto-chemical substances including the polyphenolic antioxidant ellagic acid, vitamin E, beta-carotene, lutein, and zea-xanthin. Pecans contain many B-complex groups of vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6, and folates. Pecans are also rich in minerals such as iron, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.
