  Summa Salts is a woman-owned microbusiness based in Jacksonville, Florida. We make bold, herb-packed seasoning salts using real ingredients — garlic, citrus zest, garden herbs, and locally grown produce.

  Every jar is handcrafted by Sarah McElrea (aka The Salt Lady), a former science teacher who turned her love of plants, food, and community into a business. We grow many of the herbs ourselves or buy them directly from farmers. No fillers, no additives — just full-flavor blends that bring any dish to life.

  We got our start selling salts at local markets and gifting jars to friends. Now, we ship nationwide and supply some of Florida’s best small shops and restaurants. You can find us every weekend at the farmers market or catching up with our customers online.
